He has appeared on behalf of clients in the Family Court, the Magistrates Court, the District Court, and the Children’s Court.

Over the past 20 years, Bellingham has gained experience in both academic and practice based roles, working at a variety of law firms in the family law, commercial, insurance, and property fields.

Bellingham is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is adept at exploring options that enable her clients to avoid Court proceedings where possible by negotiation and mediation, but he also recognises the importance of litigation and when to use it.
