Bussay Bianka was admitted to the Supreme Court following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business graduating with first class Honours. Since then, Bussay has exclusively practiced in the area of family law.

Bussay has gained experience in a wide range of property, parenting, Investment Funds and spousal maintenance matters. She has a particular interest in financial matters and prefers to utilise the various alternative dispute resolutions pathways in an effort to assist parties in resolving their matter outside the Court arena. Bussay also enjoys implementing a holistic resolution process in parenting matters, especially those where conflict and risk is heightened.

Bussay’s primary objective in her practice is to support clients through their family law matter and takes an all-rounded approach from the commencement of a matter to the end. Bussay exercises compassion with her clients and aims to have client’s feeling comfortable in the support they are receiving and confident in their representation.
